Sponsorship & Fundraising – Faroe 2027
The Isle of Wight Island Games team – www.teamiow.org.uk receives fantastic support from a number of Island businesses including ICR Touch as the main sponsor and kit sponsor with Red Funnel and Diamond travel as the travel partners. (Full information is available here)
The overall sponsorship helps keeps the cost of attending the event down for all sports and attendees however it still costs a significant amount of money to each competitor and sport. To help reduce the impact on individuals we have a number of fundraising activities to support the Swim team and the swimmers in particular which are coupled with sponsorship opportunities.
We had fantastic support for the Orkney Island Games in 2025 and will continue to thank everyone that supported the team for this event – see the 2025 sponsors here.
Sponsorship Opportunities
We have two key specific sponsorship opportunities as below
Sponsor a Swimmer
£250
The first opportunity is to sponsor one of our swimmer. As well as supporting our hard-working swimmers you will get your company logo on the swimmers kit bag in a prominent position seen throughout the competition and on-going as the swimmers continue to train and compete outside of the Island Games
Poolside Team Kit
£2500
Whilst on poolside we want our swimmers looking smart, being comfortable and really standing out as the amazing team they are. The sponsor of our poolside kit will have their company details prominently on the team T-shirts worn by the whole swim team whilst competing. Being a member of the swim team is a huge achievement with swimmers continuing to wear the team kit at competitions after the event.
